I had a hysteroscopy done last week on day 10 of my cycle to remove a polyp. The nurse left me a message today saying that the tissue was normal and that it showed progesterone. How could there have been progesterone in my uterus before I ovulated? I know that I didn't ovulate on day 10 b/c today is day 18 and I still didn't surge on my monitor. Plus, the doc looked at my follicles that day on ultrasound and I hadn't ovulated yet. What does this mean? I won't be able to speak to my doctor until tomorrow.
