My 3 wk old (8 lbs) eats approx 3 to 4 oz every 3 to 3 1/2 hours and these past few days has started to spit up even though I burp her often. She doesn't cry or appear to have colic or an allergy to her similac formula but I am getting worried because almost each feeding a bit comes back up. Should I be concerned? Can I do anything? I am trying various nipples but the problem persists.
