One Further Question - Miracle Pregnancy or Doomed One

If there is a chance that there was a second pregnancy (twin) that was lost, what in turn will be the effect on the HCG? There was a drop of 400is, will it drop further, flat line or when should values begin to increase again?

I have another blood test monday and would like to be prepared either way as I have suffered 3 miscarriages prior this pregnancy and would like to have an understanding of how a twin loss effects the counts on the surviving one.

Thanks for your help, you have reassured my small chance of hope.
