A few questions about Clomid

I am about to start my second cycle of Clomid tomorrow. I am taking 100 mg days 3-7. The directions on my bottle just say take this on these days. Is there a better time of day than others to take it? Does it matter if it is the same time everyday? Is it harmful to have a glass of wine on the days that I'm taking this? Thanks in advance for your help.
