If you are not having any fevers, it is likely a viral thing and unfortunately there is nothing more to do than allow the thing to run its course. If you are having fevers, it may be that it is a bacterial thing that your present antibiotics are not suited for. In this case, I would certainly give your physician a call... Lynn
