Hi! I have been drawing a lot of support from this wonderful site for the apst few weeks, since our AFP Triple test showed a 1 in 14 risk for Down's. Needless to say, DH & I have aged some 15 years in the past 2 weeks. I am happy to say that our amnio resluts are back, the baby is fine(46 Chromosomes). My advice to anybody going for the AFP triple test, make sure they have the correct gestational age, esp.if you have irregular cycles like I do, they had mine off by a week and I personally feel that it is why my risk was so high, esp. beacuse I went at the borderline of 15th week.
