Hi I am no Doc but I am B- and hubby is A+ and I know with the A B combo it is possible to get all four blood groups one of my kids is AB- and the other is AB+ because by hubby has the - recessive ( I think that is how it is spelt) so a O+ I believe from what I have been told by my doc is possible http://www.fairfaxidlab.com/idlab/abo.html try this web site for blood details I dont think that it has the neg and pos out comes but may help
