Ultrasound at 5 weeks 2 days since LMP

I had my first ultrasound today at 5 weeks 2 days since LMP and gestational sac measured 5 weeks 1 day. Definitive yolk sac and gestational sac seen but no fetal pole or heartbeat. My HCG levels were 76 11DPO, 354 14DPO, and 1999 18 DPO. First quadrupling then just over doubling. The final number was one week ago today so my number should be quite high if contiuing to double accordingly. Would I show a fetal pole at least by now if pregnancy were viable? I have had 2 miscarriages and am very concerned. I will follow up with another ultrasound in 1 week but am very concerned.
