Am I pregnant?

I was fooling around with my boyfriend. He was not inserting in me and was about 1.5 feet away from my vagina when he ejaculated. Most (probably 90%) of the seamen landed on the bed, and some then landed on the outer lips of my vagina (not sure how much). I thought some might have gone inside me, so I immediately got up and went to the bathroom and expelled everything from my vagina while also washing the inside of my vagina out with a water bulb.

I was on day 9/10 of my normal 28 day cycle when this occurred. Am I at risk of being pregnant?
