risks of miscarrige and premature delivery -- and of a breech presentation are greater. the complication rate witha bicornuate uterus is about 25%

What exactly is >it?

when you were developing before you were born, your uterus did not come together properly. INstead of having one whole uterus, you have two half uterii -- you doc should be able to show you drawings (Speroff's book has a great illustration of this)

And how great is the chance of miscarriage??

it depends on where the embryo implants, but in general, it is not that much higher than the avergae miscarriage rate

My doctor told me not >to work until my next visit, what should I be doing to help this

you will be asked to take it easy, just like anyone else at risk
