Hi, I am into 13th week of pregnancy and I have not gained any weight yet. Yes, as soon as I conceived I gained 3 lbs (I realised it at 4 1/2 weeks). I can't even feel the uterus. Is it something which I need to be worried about? Does it indicate developmental problems with the fetus? I am 5 1' and weighing 140 lbs. My measurements have increased from all sides. I had done an ultrasound in my 8th week and things were fine. Thanks very much
