That means tha t one is suspecting something wrong and is focussing in on a particular area. It should take 45 minute to an hour and cost a whole bunch of money. One gets a level II US if one suspects a heart problem (Focus on the heart) or absence of Kidneys(focus on the kidneys) or other similar things.
