Mammograms done in pregnancy would be totally uninterpretable by the radiologist(due to the changes of pregnancy). The breasts would be so thick that nothing could be seen. They probably would refuse to do it. If the discharge is bloody, then perhaps a ductogram or a biopsy(probably the latter) would be indicated.
