Montgomery, MD: "Re: Back pain" I am 12 weeks pregnant and my back has been aching (just in my spine) for about 2 weeks and gets really stiff sometimes if I don't keep walking around and moving. I have large breasts and i think that is the cause. What do you think, I always forget to ask my doctor and I feel stupid about calling to ask just about that.
