3 questions please

I'm 24 1/2 weeks pg. I had an appt. today, and because of circumstances I won't get into, I forgot to ask some things. I'd like to ask here and ya'll let me know if I should call my Drs. office.

First, I know I'm not suppose to change kitty litter, and I don't, but the other day I took my cat to the vet and they checked his poop. After taking the cat off the table I noticed a small dab of what appeared to be poop on my hand (very tiny amount) i washed it right off with water and then with anti-bacterial soap when I got home. Should I ask for a test for the toxi.....whatever it is? I go back in 2 weeks, should I ask now or wait. I've had the test done once already (early in pg.) but they didn't tell me the outcome. Can you be immune?

Second, I have this weird ache in my inner thighs, lower pelvic area. It's in the general groin area and down the inside of my thighs a bit. Kinda feels like stretched muscles (but not as bad as a pull)kinda a bruised feeling. Is this normal? I figured it was just the loosening, but wanted to make sure I shouldn't be conserned.

Next, and least important, can I use the self-tanners. Not the beds, but the lotion you put on to change your skin color. I've always heard they were okay because they were just topical, but wanted to know from ya'll before I used any.

THANKS in advance
