Yeast Infection?

I am 30 weeks pregnant. Two weeks ago I was treated for a yeast infection which caused me to have discharge similar to cottage cheese which I understand is a fairly typical symptom of the infection. At the same time, I had a urine culture done which came back negative for a UTI. Yesterday I developed severe vaginal pain which persists throughout the day, including during urination. It is alleviated when I am sitting down. I do not have any noticeable discharge. Does this sound like a potential UTI or yeast infection? If not, is this pain something to be concerned about?

Thanks in advance.
