My lochia is still red in color; but, it is not heavy - I might fill (not saturate)one pad in a day. Is this ok? I keep reading that the lochia should be pink or white by now. I don't think that I am being especially active; but, I do have stairs in my house (I don't know if this matters). When should I get concerned?
