I experienced a hemorrhage at 10 days post partum after the birth of my 2nd child. My first birth was a c-section, postdates, induced, failure to progress 8lb baby with no complications. My second birth was also an attempted VBAC, also postdates, induced with pitocin, failure to progress 3hrs pushing phase, 27hr labor that ended in a c-section where a "uterine window" was observed. My OB can find no explanation for the hemorrhage. I am on Ortho-Cyclen now 2.5 years after that birth and my periods are still irregular and typically heavy. My OB has tried a variety of other pills, but none have been any better. I would like to know if there are any other methods that might help my situation. Also, would the hemorrhage be related to my current menstrual irregularities? Thank you.
