The prescrition medicine prometrium IS natural progesterone, made from plants. It is identical to the progesterone you make. I know how much you are getting when I prescribe it to you. What I do not know is how much 'natural progesterone' you are getting when you slather on those creams, and also how much other impurities you are putting on your skin. This is just my .02 worth.
