varicose veins--ladies any comments appreciated

I am currently 28 weeks pregnant and have been dealing with these
hideous varicose veins. I had them with my first but they are getting
worse with this one. Will they subside after pregnancy? Or will they
always look this bad? I have been walking and not gaining alot of
weight. I was wearing support hose when possible. If they do not
subside after pregnnacy what are my options if I choose to breastfeed
and want to get rid of them??? And will it hurt the baby after in some
way through the breastmilk?? Thank you!
