I am also RH negative and have had 2 rh+ babies and recently had a miscarriage which always requires Rhogam. anyway, Just around 28 weeks is a good time. They usually say the begining of the third trimester so you are protected during the last trimester in case of bleeding...simply a precaution. It is my understanding that Rhogam is effective for over 12 weeks and it should protect you past your due date. Good Luck!!
