I have been off the pill since January and have had periods starting, Feb. 15th and Mar. 16th. My April period has not yet come. I was under extreme stress last month and also lost a good deal of weight (despite eating the same amount) I am down to 95 lbs. and I am 5'1". I took a pregnancy test April 17th (in the afternoon) that came back negative. Is it fairly safe to assume I am not pregnant and that my period is delayed/absent because of stress or some other factor?
