40 days pregnant ---u/s ---no fetal pole or heart beat

Iam 40days pregnant .We did a ultrasound on my 40th day .It showed 2 pregnanct sac with the yolk sac in both .....Now my question is 1)how long will it take to have a fetal pole and heart beat ....Please advice me with the days .Can i expect it next week .At this stage is the growth of the twins fine please help me
