no real symptoms.....but pregnant!From: Sylvia (anonymous@obgyn.net)Wed, 18 Apr 2001 22:54:06 -0500 (CDT)
I am about 6 weeks pregnant. My dr. did 4 hcg tests and all doubled within 48 hours. I had an ultrasound at ~5 weeks, saw a gestational sac and yolk sac but no little guy. They said this is normal for such an early pregnancy. I did have some spotting for the first week but nothing since. I have tender breasts that aren't continually tender...sometimes more than others. Is it normal to have absolutely minimal symptoms? I know it's early days and I could be talking too soon....but I feel absolutely fine. Should I be feeling more than this....are pregnancy symptoms variable from day to day? i.e. breasts hurt one day maybe not the next? Should I push for further testing? THANK YOU....sincerely, neurotic and newly pregnant!
