Re: hcg level questionsFrom: anon. (anonymous@obgyn.net)Wed, 18 Apr 2001 22:47:53 -0500 (CDT)
Hello, Just had two beta hcg tests taken. One on the 11th which was 10 dpo. it was 11.90. On, the 16th which was 15 dpo it jumped to 419. Obviously it is more than doubling every couple of days. Could this jump indicate twins? (my husband and i both have lots of twins in our families. I have cousins that are natural quintuplets--yeeks) Read on line that levels that jump dramatically could be indications of molar pregnancy or Downs. WOuld these levels indicate this or is this still be considered in normal range? Thanks for your time and answers.
