We are trying for a baby for a while now and I was asked to do Sperm chromatin Assay test to check the DNA fragmentation as my wife mis-carried twice. Now I got the result and it is 52%. I was told that achieving pregnancy is impossible if it is above 20%. Another Dr. said that this test is not necessary. Can someome please clarify this. Thanks in advance
