Montgomery, MD: "Re: working 40 hrs" Hi I am about 9 weeks pg and the dr gave me a doctor note to work 40 hrs because of the stress I have been having at work and because I normally work 7 days a week. Well after I turn in my note to my boss she made out a schedule for me to work Tue, Thu, Fri, Sat, Sun, one week then the next week work Mon-Fri. That is 9 days in a row and I dont think that is what the dr means by 40 hrs. Of course that is only 40 hrs a week according to our company week. What do you think I should do about it?
