Amy, The primary resource I use for the most up to date repro data related to meds is Reprotox. I checked there today and that is were the latest is. I would recommend switching to prednisone prior to conception or maybe off everything if possible, then adding back. The problem with not being off or on an alternate therapy is that by the time you know you are pregnant, the effects may already be present... Lynn
