Why hasn't your doctor put you on Sarafem (aslo known as Prozac) for your PMDD and depression? I am trying to conceive too, and my doctor has me on it...

I too, have severe cramps and bloating. My doctor suspects it is due to endometriosis, but it can only be diagnosed laproscopically and sometimes through ultrasound... both are expensive... and unless you have been trying to conceive for more than a year, most doctors I have talked to will not officially diagnose it... furthermore, the only treatment is surgery...

Naprosen (Alleve, Anaprox, Naproxen) definitely is the only drug that helps reduce those cramps... hang in there.. and contact your doctor about the sac...
