Dr. Montgomery: Thank you for your help. I have a couple more questions. Do you have the citations for the research that indicates there have been problems with Plaquenil in pregnancy? I did a medline search and everything I found said that there were no reported problmes. Second, because plaquenil has such a long half life, do I need to stop it before ttc? (I imagine the retinal damage, if there was any would be done very early in the pregnancy, correct?) Thanks for your help.
