Hello, I had an ectopic pregnancy in resolved with methotrexate in february. My hcg was 5 in march, and the ultrasound in march showed a collappsed sac on my R fimbrea. Unfortunately, a month and a half later the sac is still there. Is this normal? Do I need to have it removed? I wanted to try again next month.

Then, before I got pregnant this time for about 4 months, I had severe cramps and depression about a week before my periods. My doctor said that I had pmdd/pms. She told me to exercise, eat right, and take calcium and naprison for the pain. Last month I got my first period, and I was very depressed a week before and then had cramps as well. I had that period April 6. It was 5 days, and my cycle is usually every 28 days. Anyway, yesterday the 17th I started having severe cramps and back pain, and it has not gone away, but has been continuous. It kept me awake and all of the things that she told me to do are not helping. The back pain is really bad. Sometimes I can't do anything. Is this normal? I also have a cyst on my R side that I've taken one month of Levlen for.

I also have no reasons for having an ectopic. One nurse that I talked to said that pms does not cause ectopics, but that I might have endometriosis because of all of the cramps and things. Do you think I could possibly have endometriosis? Will you tell me the symptoms? I have heavy periods, diarrea around my periods, fatigue, severe cramps, etc.

Any info. would be helpful. Thank you. Alison
