It is hard to know if this represents an abnormal period or simply mid-cycle bleeding. Either way, it may just be a simple irregularity that occasionally occur in most women. Given that this is a one time occurence with otherwise reasonable cycles, I would not be too concerned unless it becomes repetitive... Lynn
