Delivery at 32 weeks is dangerous, but not as dangerous as toxemia. Assuming a good nursery, neonatal survival is virtually 100%, but the babies need considerable support for some time, usually several weeks, and there is potential for longer term problems. Ask your MFM if you can meet with the neonatologist that would be caring for the baby for a consultation.
