hypoecogenoic bowel and later findings

During my ultrasound my daughter was found to have a hypoecogenic bowel. I had the Amnio and other tests reveling no problems and I gave birth to a healthy baby girl. She is now 7 1/2 months old and is having continous problems with constipation...Which I am told is very abnormal for a breastfed infant. Despite many changes to her diet (prunes/prune juice, increased intake of water, no apples or banannas, and now no starches) the problem still persists. Is there any possible corelation between her fetal diagnosis and her persisting problem? Or does anyone have any suggestions of what to do? It is so painful for her.
