First off, please turn off the caps lock button, in net parlance, it is the same as yelling at someone. Thanks, thats much better.
Now, call your doc. This is probably a hymenal tag that has become inflammed and possibly infected. Hot sitz baths will help somewhat, but it may need to be surgically removed.
