Clomid, BBT chart but negative PG test

My period was due March 12. I have a 31 day cycle, my chart shows a temp. increase on day 17(ovulation?) and again on day 27(implantation?). Since the second temp. rise my temps have stayed high. I know that a second temp. rise can indicate pregnancy but I took a home test on March 14 that came out negative.

I have an appointment with my doctor in 2 weeks but I would like to know what's going on now. :) Is it possible I tested to early?

Should I go get a blood test done by my family DR. before I see my gyno?
