Nausea for 20+ weeks

I am 27 weeks pregnant and for over 20 weeks now I continue to have severe nausea. During this time, I've lost 18 lbs but have gained back only 4 lbs. I've taken various medications to help with the nausea including Zophran, Medrol, Aciphex and none of these medicines seems to work. Now I'm suppose to be taking Tigan. I am worried that these medications will adversly effect my baby. Does anyone know how safe these medications (especially Tigan) are for my baby? Also, I have not gained any weight these past few weeks, if this continues will I still be able to give birth to a healthy baby? What are the potential risks? This is my first pregnancy and everything seems so abnormal.
