I am 4 days late for my period. I am crampy, my back aches and I have had some waves of nausea (mostly if I haven't eaten for a couple of hours).

Last night I took an HPT and it was negative...I have never missed a period before.

Is it still possible that I am pregnant with a negative hpt at 4 days late? What else could be wrong?

Any information would be appreciated.
