I am not a doctor, but I am 22 weeks pregnant and I was told that straining during pregnancy can cause hemorroids, which aren't dangerous for the pregnancy, but could be uncomfortable for you! I have the same problem, but I just increased my fiber intake and that helped a bit. Just relax and things will take their course. Good luck to you!
