Re: How much codeine will cause addiction? From: Amy (anonymous@obgyn.net)Sun, 8 Apr 2001 19:50:35 -0500 (CDT)
I am not a doctor, but took percocet during my pregnancy for kidney infections/stones and a broken foot. In fact, I took percocet the night I delivered my son. I took percocet every day for the last three weeks of my pregnancy and my son had no problems when he was born, but if he had, they can treat them at birth. You don't say how far along you are, but from what I understand, if you stop before you deliver the problems are minimal.
