I am planning to conceive again soon but I have a fear of hemmorhage after birth. My last pregnancy I bled and bled.It was quite scary. I talked to my ob at a pre conception appointment about being worried and he said he would take the D&C cart into delivery with me. I realize that would take care of placenta problems I have had but I am wondering what it would do for uterine atony? I heard the nurses talking about me having this after my last delivery. What would be the plan if you had a patient with this and knew ahead of time? I don't want to be scared throughout the whole pregnancy. Thankyou for your time.
