Donīt worry, your U/S is quite normal. FL is fine and so is everything else. I am no doctor but have studied a lot about this. In fact, there is a ratio between expected FL and the U/S FL. If the result is 0.91 or lower chances of downs are higher. In your case, this ratio result is 0.988.

So, donīt worry and sleep tight. Your chance of downs is very very small (just by age), somewhere around 1/620.
