post-pill amenorrhea or else?

Hi there, I am getting increasingly more worried by the day. I came off the pill May last year(after 7 years), had two periods that were normal and one strange period(brownish discharge),that, my GP says, was a period but I hadn't ovulated ( that was November.) We are now beginning of April, and still no sign of my periods. I went to a gynie, who did a scan, took my blood and there was nothing there such as cysts and so on. I have quite a bit of a milky discharge. I really went on the pill as I had very long cycles( up to 42 days) who were very heavy and painfull. I got married about 2 year ago in August and the time came to come off the pill.. little did I know it was going to turn like this. I also have been going to acupuncuture, as I was having considerable amount of pain( as if I was constantly just about to have my periods.) So, what I want to know is, should my periods be induced? If there is nothing wrong hormonally or tubes wise, what else is there that could prevent me from ovulating? Are there any whitepapers written on this subject.? I have now read a lot more about this conditions, and it is obvious that it is not uncommon that there are delays, but I am just afraid there is something else wrong. Is there a support group for this kind of thing? I'd be interested to know. Thanks for your answers!! Katleen bonbell@gofree.indigo.ie
