I took BCP for three years (ortho- tricyclin 28 day) then stopped for 4 months, I then took 1 month of desogen bcp to get my cycle back to normal,stopped for 1 month and then had a period on my own at the regular scheduled time. Now, due to birth control issues, I am back on ortho-tricyclen 28 day. Is this harmful to be starting and stopping BCP's like this?
