If you had 2 full term pregnancies, both with PIH and one with seizures, the chances of a repeat performance are pretty high. The deal about different fathers happens to be correct because of differnt antibody exposure relating to different fathers.

The buzzer you mentioned is a fetal acoustic stimulator - used to get fetal heart accelerations on monitoring.
