Quite reliable. I just took the Early First Responce hpt just 12 days after ovulation and it came up positive. The line was so faint that I took it three more times; one each day for the next three days. The line got darker and darker. Well...it's confirmed. My blood draw is positive for pregnancy. I'm now 5 weeks along! Good luck!
