Marchbein, M.D.: "Re: tipped uterus and position after IUI insemination" I have had diagnositic testing to show that everything is structurally normal and I am producing at least two follicles each time I have had an IUI insemination (Five times). Yet, the eggs have never been fertilized. Could the problem be that I should rest stomach down with knees to chest, rather than on my back immediately following the IUI insemination.
