I have read that a heartbeat should be decteced on an ultrasound by week 6. Is this true? I had an u/s on Friday which was the first or second day of week 6, yet there was no heartbeat detected. Should I be concerned. I go again next week for another one, but I would like to know if I should be somewhat concerned. Thank you.
