Dr. Shanahan: assuming the brown discharge is from the infection (it's been going on for 6 days, and I've been on the flagyl for 2) how long should it last? Should I expect it to have stopped by the time my flagyl runs out? (7 days)

I guess what I'm asking is, at what point should I suspect the brown discharge is from something more sinister?
