not if you are ovulating on your own without any problems.

How does it make conception more difficult?

it can thicken cervical mucus, but since you are having an IUI that is not an issue

no

Also is 45% bad for motility?

I thnk normal is my lab is more than 50% forward moving sperm, but I don't have the normal values in front of me
